The Howard Street Apartment District, now on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally occupied as second and third-generation, multifamily homes, built between 1908-1930. This district—once turned-eyesore—on the western fringe of downtown Omaha, is now revitalized into a pedestrian friendly campus of 153 units within over a dozen restored historical structures.
The Aksarben Village Retirement Community is a wonderful, modern retirement community built in the middle of Omaha, Nebraska. They strive to provide services of the highest quality via a supportive environment that promotes the health, independence, security and social interaction of all residents. The community offers an assisted and memory care unit as well as an independent unit. Commons area are also available for residents to go to the salon, listen to music and engage in various activities.
The Nebraska Methodist Health System, also known as Bestcare, is a nonprofit Nebraskan healthcare organization. Based on more than 120 years of caring, Methodist Hospital created Nebraska Methodist Health System in 1982.
It is the first health system in the region and engages three hospitals (Methodist Hospital, Methodist Women’s Hospital and Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital), 21 health clinic locations, a nursing and allied health college, medical supply distributorship and central laundry.

Field Health System is a critical access hospital in Centreville, Mississippi. This new, 19 bed hospital built in 2015, allowed for a partnership between ASI Omaha, and Altus Architectural Studios, an Omaha architectural firm, to create a complete signage solution.
ASI was selected because of our expertise with wayfinding, manufacturing capabilities, and the national reach we have with our multi-state locations.
Bankers Trust is a Des Moines based family-owned bank with 18 locations across Central Iowa, Omaha, NE, Sioux Falls, SD and Phoenix, AZ.
Bankers Trust went through a 2-year long rebranding initiative, which culminated in 2014 with rebranded interior and exterior signage at all of their locations. This included upgrading their signs to energy efficient LED lighting and replacing all of their electronic message boards to Watchfire units, which also allowed them all to be controlled from one central location.
