Our team is seeking a Contract Administrator to perform the following duties & responsibilities:
· Review, qualify, negotiate & approve subcontract agreements. Daily practice includes risk mitigation for projects, submitting additional contract requirements such as certificates of insurance, statement of values, bonding information, & certified payroll data.
· Coordinate & support Project Managers for the duration of the project to ensure profitability, timeliness, and accurate submission of monthly progress billing (payment) applications. Submit monthly pay applications and lien waivers by the method defined in the contract agreement.
· Complete and maintain the company’s prequalification status for various General Contractors.
This is a Full-Time Salaried position plus benefits: 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid-Time Off, & holidays.
You will report directly to the CFO.
