Overseeing client needs, requests, and project coordination through the design, manufacturing, shipment, and installation phases are key to this position. This role has proven to be extremely beneficial not only to our customer base, but to our Business Development Managers as well, as it helps to provide an improved customer experience above what has been achieved through traditional business development or project management alone.
This improved customer experience includes:
- A primary and intimate contact for signage questions or requests
- Quicker turnaround time for quotes and orders
- Customized reports with production and installation updates
The Account Manager is involved on day-one of a project. This early involvement ensures that the Account Manager is well informed on project expectations, deadlines, and any special requirements from the beginning. This is important for any project to run as efficiently as possible.
At the end of the day, customer service is paramount to any other aspect of a successful business.
